What We Do
At Coastline EAP, our goal is to ensure employees show up work-ready. While all employees strive to perform at their best, sometimes life challenges intervene. That’s where Coastline steps in, offering support and assistance.
Extensive Services
- Assessment and crisis support for a full spectrum of work/life issues; consultation for legal, financial, eldercare, childcare, nutrition, career, and convenience services.
- Grief and trauma response services available onsite or virtually within 24 hours.
- Training(s) on a variety of professional development and wellness topics to meet the unique needs of your organization. *Customized trainings can be purchased on a fee-for-service basis.
- 1-on-1 IMPACTS Trainings are individualized sessions with an EAP counselor designed to educate employees on practicing good workplace behavior.
- Live, virtual wellness classes on mindfulness meditation, breathing, chair yoga, journaling, and other positive psychology topics offered weekly.
- Unlimited orientations for employees and supervisors available upon request.
Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment
Master’s level counselors consider all aspects of an employee’s life with a particular focus on social health, emotional health, and well-being.
Coastline offers employees and family members up to six (6) sessions with an EAP counselor per issue annually for short-term problem resolution. Sessions are available via telephonic means or face-to-face. Referral to a network provider for outpatient treatment is available when recommended and accepted.
Accessible
Multiple points of entry including phone and live and confidential chat, email, and texting make it easy to reach out. Our team is responsive and available 24/7. We are a complimentary benefit to all employees. Our services are available to part-time, full-time, and seasonal employees, as well as their family members.
Coastline Makes the Match
Our counselors do the networking and heavy lifting, so the employee is connected to the right mental health provider for their individual needs. Qualified referrals to providers that are in the employees’ health insurance network are available. Sessions are available via video, telephonic means, or in-person (depending on location).
Workplace Referrals
Partnership that provides management consultations for challenging situations. Job performance problems can be addressed through support from the EAP. Coastline EAP is an opportunity for employees to connect with the assistance and resources they need to overcome challenges and thrive in the workplace. We follow up with the employer (within the confines of HIPAA) to ensure the employee’s needs are being met effectively.
