Kelly Wishart, MA, CEC, Chief Operating Officer, Kelly is a collaborative leader with over twenty-five years of experience in program operations, strategic planning and implementation, grant making/writing, program planning, development, and program evaluation. Throughout her career she has been committed to growing high quality initiatives that make broad, positive impact. She has been recognized for proven track record of high-quality facilitation, training, strategic planning, and coaching. She holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Administration and is a Certified Empowerment Coach.
Carolyn Cure, MA, LMHC, Director of Employee Assistance Services started at Coastline in 2008 as an Employee Assistance Consultant and became the Director of Employee Assistance Services in 2021. She is currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and previously was a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina before settling in Rhode Island. She holds a Master's degree from Lesley College and an undergraduate degree from Boston College.
Paula E. Hamilton, LICSW, Director, Account Services and Business Development has been with Coastline EAP since 1997. She is the primary contact for marketing and program implementation while providing account support to a variety of our client organizations. Paula provides consultation to human resource managers, supervisors, administrators and union representatives in a wide variety of workplace referrals. She also is one of our training and on-site trauma response team members.
Kelly Ravenscroft, LICSW, RYT, CEAP, Director of Training and Employee Development, Kelly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She specializes in self-care and wellness and offers trainings on topics such as stress management, positive psychology, work-life balance, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and breathing. She has worked in human services for over twenty years and has been with Coastline EAP since 2011.
